Your cruise experience
You’ll begin your day departing from Brooke Street Pier on the Hobart waterfront at 10:30am. Enjoy a leisurely 90-minute cruise down the D’Entrecasteaux Channel, while taking in some of the most spectacular scenery Tasmania has to offer. Along the way you’ll learn about the region’s history, landmarks and buildings, and will most likely spot iconic wildlife, from seals to sea eagles and perhaps even dolphins or whales.
Upon arriving at Peppermint Bay in Woodbridge, take a stroll through our grounds before being treated to the best seasonal produce we can lay our hands on. We use ingredients from across the island and what we’re growing right here in our own garden.
After a long lunch, punctuated by local wines, craft beers and some small surprises, you’ll return to our luxury catamaran to cruise back to Hobart in quiet comfort. Maybe indulging in a Tasmanian whisky or digestif before returning ashore at 4pm.
