Your festivities begin aboard our luxury catamaran PBII, conveniently departing from the Hobart waterfront.
Take in the beauty of Tasmania’s southern edge as you cruise along the River Derwent and into the d’Entrecasteaux Channel.
Arriving at our restaurant in Woodbridge, it’s time to take your seats and enjoy our seasonal set menu featuring fresh ingredients from across the island and grown in our garden.
After lunch, relax and unwind with a leisurely cruise back up the Channel, before arriving in Hobart mid-afternoon.
