Join us for a long table lunch on Sunday 7th July, showcasing Hughes & Hughes and Mewstone Wines, and celebrating the first release of the H&H ‘Soirée’ Pet Nat and ‘Solstice’ red! Brothers Matthew and Jonny Hughes established Mewstone Vineyard on the banks of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel in the tiny hamlet of Flowerpot, with the aim of creating expressive single site wines with minimal intervention in the winery. Hughes & Hughes is their second label – with fruit sourced from vineyards around Tasmania, this range allows Jonny to dabble in different winemaking techniques, producing small batches of unique creations. Wines will be matched to a menu created by Head Chef Toby Annear inspired by produce grown in our on-site garden and sourced locally. Tickets are $100 per person, and include food, matched wines, and plenty of chat from Jonny!!
