The Dining Room – Peppermint Bay Restaurant, Tasmania

Enjoy the breath taking panoramic views from The Dining Room, Peppermint Bays’ a la carte restaurant in Tasmania.  Sweeping cathedral ceilings framed by floor to ceiling windows beautifully present the waters edge views of Bruny Island and the D'Entrecasteaux Channel as the Bruny Island Ferry makes its’ regular crossings.

Widely recognised as one of the best restaurants in Tasmania, our Chefs at Peppermint Bay’s restaurant, The Dining Room, radiate a huge enthusiasm for the food and wine producers of the region. From fresh Tasmanian Crayfish, Bruny Island oysters, Tinderbox rabbit and locally grazed eye fillet beef to house made smoked sausage and our award winning pork hock, you will experience a showcase of fresh-to-plate cuisine. The Dining Room Menu (PDF 109 kb) is supplemented on a daily basis with our new Chef - David Martin's, latest creations.  

The Dining Room is open Friday to Monday for lunch, for dinner on Saturday nights from 6pm and other nights for group bookings (minimum numbers apply).
